Event Security – Seasonal
Role available in Madison, TN for the season of late September through early November 2026. This is a seasonal/temporary position with evenings, weekends, and holidays required during operational season.
What You’ll Do- Access Control & Crowd Management: monitor entry points, conduct bag checks, ticket verification, manage crowd density, direct guests professionally.
- Incident Response & De‑escalation: identify and respond to disruptions, report incidents via radio, coordinate with EMTs, law enforcement, and event leadership, complete incident reports.
- Venue Safety & Patrols: conduct regular patrols, remain visible, support emergency evacuation, assist guests with special needs.
- Prior security experience in event, venue, nightclub, retail loss prevention, or similar environments.
- Ability to de‑escalate tense situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong situational awareness and sound judgment in high‑stimulation environments.
- Clear, professional communication skills via radio.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and patrolling outdoors for full shift in varied weather.
- Reliable and consistent attendance throughout full season (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
