Location:

Troubadour Golf & Field Club, outside Nashville, Tennessee.

This is a full‑time, hourly position with a pay rate starting at $27.00 per hour. It is a second‑shift role, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced level protection services for members, guests, employees, and contractors while assigned to a designated post.
  • Provide superior customer service in accordance with Department standards.
  • Respond to emergency situations and administer appropriate first aid.
  • Conduct proficiency and development training, including quarterly firearm qualification, tactics training, and monthly sustainment training.
  • Manage access control using sound judgment and company tools such as access control systems, lists, and logs; detect, investigate, and deny access to unauthorized persons.
  • Recognize and report all safety hazards and security vulnerabilities to management.
  • Maintain strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Hold a valid Tennessee Armed Guard License with Dallas Law training, and valid CPR & First Aid certificates.
  • Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time, up to and including an entire shift.
  • Be available to work outside of regular hours on short notice.
  • Perform work inside and outside, in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Pass the Shooting Qualification prior to offer and quarterly thereafter.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Armed Security (minimum 3 years), Law Enforcement, or Military.
  • Valid and current Tennessee Armed Guard License with Dallas Law training.
  • Valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
  • Clear criminal background.
  • High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in high‑duress situations.
  • Must be able to work and stand inside/outside during all weather conditions.
  • Ability to physically restrain individuals when necessary.
  • Pass Quarterly Shooting Qualification.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
