Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or policy concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions as directed, and assist with visitor management and badge-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines;
Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, requests for assistance, and changing site conditions
