, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support a professional atmosphere through strong communication and customer service. In this unarmed patrol role, you will bring agility, reliability, and integrity to every shift while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour
Job Schedule: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support access control procedures for employees, contractors, and deliveries.
- Observe workplace conditions and equipment areas for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, then communicate findings according to post orders and site protocols.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
