Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM;
Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support access control procedures for employees, contractors, and deliveries.
• Observe workplace conditions and equipment areas for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, then communicate findings according to post orders and site protocols.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
