As an Unarmed Security Professional at Extrity Services, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Regional Manager, you will implement security protocols, monitor activities, and respond to incidents with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Conduct yourself cour teously and professionally with all clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Enfor ce access contr ol procedur es and maintain records accurately.
• Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthoriz ed activities.
• Maintain and report on the functionality of security equipment.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, following established protocols.
• Document incidents accurately , preparing detailed reports.
• Assist with investigations by providing timely information.
• Provide truthful and timely data, including incident reports and shift reports.

• Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registr ation, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Demonstr ate strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to de‑escalate tense or emotionally char ged situations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor .
• Experience in conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing security incidents.
• Knowledge of security equipment and its proper usage.
• Understanding of emergency protocols and ability to remain calm under pressur e.
• Familiarity with access control procedures and identification verification.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures (not requ ir ed).
• Excellent documentation and repor t-writing skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality .
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

$21 - $23 an hour.
