Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, lobbies, and hallways and assist with visitor direction and access control;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and report observations to site contacts;
Support hospital and clinic operations by communicating with staff about unusual activity and assisting with de-escalation when appropriate
