As an Unarmed Security Professional at Extrity Services, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. Under the guidance of a Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Regional Manager, you will implement security protocols, monitor activities, and respond to incidents with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Adhere to the company’s dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
• Demonstrate punctuality by arriving on time for assigned shifts.
• Conduct yourself courteously and professionally with all clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Enforce access control procedures and maintain record logs accurately.
• Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
• Maintain and report on the functionality of security equipment.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, following established protocols.
• Document incidents accurately, preparing detailed reports.
• Assist with investigations by providing timely information.
• Provide truthful and timely data, including incident and shift reports.

• Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills with the ability to de‑escalate tense or emotionally charged situations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Experience conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing security incidents.
• Knowledge of security equipment and its proper usage.
• Understanding of emergency protocols and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with access control procedures and identification verification.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures (not required).
• Excellent documentation and report‑writing skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
