Security Officer Weekend Residential Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and resident activity, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed;
Assist with move-in and move-out activity, checking amenity areas, and helping to address routine security-related concerns at the location
