Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations;
Assist with access control activities by monitoring entrances, checking identification as required, and providing directions or support to visitors and staff within a healthcare location
