Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, medical facility disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, way finding, and reporting of suspicious activity or facility concerns.;
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
