Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and government personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, maintaining accurate logs and reporting discrepancies to appropriate personnel.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities clearly and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
