As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Nashville, TN
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer supporting a utilities location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and respond professionally to security-related concerns.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned locations, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
