Maintain a visible loss-prevention presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure security.;
Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.;
Monitor safety and security procedures, including Code 50 package inspection, and maintain a professional appearance in Ross attire.;
Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and safety procedures.
