You’ll help solve real-world design and build challenges, improve shop workflows, and ensure our products are built to tight tolerances and high standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building things, takes pride in precision, and enjoys solving problems at the root. You’ll embody our values of Own It, Find the Root, and Make It Majestic every day on the shop floor.
- Work closely with the production team to build custom photobooths, sheds, crates, and other fabricated structures
- Fabricate from drawings, sketches, or verbal direction with minimal supervision
- Modify existing builds to resolve design, functional, or durability issues
- Perform filling, sanding, finishing, and general carpentry work
- Assist with assembly and installation of fabricated components
- Contribute ideas and improvements to shop layout, tooling, and production workflows
- Assist with warehouse organization and material management
- Support inbound deliveries and outbound shipments
- Build and modify shipping crates to protect booths during transport
- Make local material pickups and deliveries as needed

- You care about precision, safety, and doing things the right way
- You bring a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
- Experience building crates, booths, sheds, or similar fabricated structures
- Strong carpentry and fabrication skills with hands-on build experience

- Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious
- Valid driver’s license for local pickups and deliveries
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Experience contributing to production or shop workflow improvements
- Familiarity with Notion or similar documentation tools
