We are seeking Commercial Low Voltage Installation Technicians to join a project in Nashville, TN. If you have experience in low voltage systems and are looking for a strong opportunity, we would like to speak with you.
Top Skills Required- 1+ year of commercial low voltage experience
- Proven ability to terminate cable, run Cat5/Cat6, and punch down to a block
- Must be located in or able to work in Nashville, TN
In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial environments. Systems may include security, audio/video, telecommunications equipment, and other low voltage devices.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Install and program security, audio/video, and telecommunications systems
- Troubleshoot wiring, terminations, and connectivity issues
- Ensure work complies with local and national electrical codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Provide professional customer service on job sites
- High school diploma or GED (associate degree or technical certification preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial low voltage or electrical systems
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr
