Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fleet diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, reefer units) and identify root causes of basic failures;
Ensure equipment has required licensing and registration prior to being deemed roadworthy;
Complete thorough documentation for work orders and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system;
Install, replace, and repair onboard computers;
Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure proper operating condition and perform necessary part replacements
