Audio Video Technician

Integrity AV is hiring an experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial systems—designed correctly, installed cleanly, and supported long-term.

• Installing and servicing audio, video, networking, lighting control, and automation systems
• Rough‑in and trim‑out for new construction and renovations
• Equipment rack building and clean cable management
• Troubleshooting and system optimization
• Working directly with project managers, designers, and other trades on job sites

• 2+ years experience in AV / low‑voltage systems (residential or commercial)
• Strong understanding of signal flow, wiring standards, and best practices
• Ability to read plans and follow system designs
• Clean, professional workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Experience with Control4, Crestron, Lutron, networking, or security systems is a big plus—but not required for the right candidate.
