ACTS Fleet Maintenance in Asheville is hiring experienced Diesel Technicians who can diagnose, repair, and own their workflow like true professionals.

This isn’t a lube rack job.

You’ll handle real diagnostics and real repairs on Class 1–8 trucks and fleet equipment:

• Advanced electrical & drivability diagnostics
• Engine repair (diesel & gas)
• Brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, drive trains
• Full PM services & DOT inspections
• OEM-level diagnostics using Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Mitsubishi & more
• Road testing & quality verification
• Clean documentation — no guesswork, no chaos

If you can truly diagnose — not just swap parts — you’ll thrive here.

• Proven diesel experience (15+ years earns top-tier pay)
• Strong laptop diagnostic ability
• Independent, self-managed workflow
• ASE Certified (highly valued & compensated)
• Personal tools
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

$35–$60/hour — Yes, actually based on experience
