Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on airport facilities including terminals, restrooms, offices, mechanical rooms, and common areas;
Maintain and repair building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, flooring, and general mechanical equipment;
Respond promptly and professionally to work orders, service calls, and emergency maintenance requests;
Accurately document work performed using ABM work order and reporting systems;
Support facility upgrades, special projects, and tenant requests
