Remington College is seeking an exceptional Construction and Building Maintenance Instructor
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic construction and building maintenance professional ready to make a difference by educating students who are eager to train in construction and building maintenance? We're seeking a construction and building maintenance professional to join the academic team on a part‑time basis.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:- Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty.
- Keep up to date with and effectively use technology and media in the classroom.
- Track student attendance and post assignment feedback in a timely manner.
- Attend faculty/staff and in‑service meetings.
- Implement and adhere to all school policies.
- Participate in graduation ceremonies.
- Perform other duties/participate in special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required. An associate degree or higher in construction and building maintenance, HVAC, business, the physical sciences, or a related field desired.
- Experienced in electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, small appliance maintenance, drywall and carpentry repairs, and plumbing maintenance.
- At least three (3) years of experience in construction and building maintenance.
