Drilling Services Mobile Technician

Rogers Group is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill a position as a Mobile Drill Mechanic for our Corporate Drilling Services Division. This position will service a variety of equipment;
Epiroc D 60, T 50, and T45 Track drills and Atlas Copco T4 Truck Drills. CDL is preferred for this role but not required. Minimum 5 years' experience working on drills is required. Wages depend on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

* Perform heavy or major maintenance repairs as needed.

* Perform routine scheduled maintenance

* Complete maintenance and work order repair records.

* Inspect machines for abnormalities or defects.

* Be able to weld and fabricate, as needed.

* Parts familiarization including parts catalogs, procurement, handling, storage, and cost of equipment parts.

* Perform housekeeping duties and work area checks.

* Ability to operate mobile equipment.

* Operate a company vehicle on public highways and job sites.

* Capable of working with limited supervision and scheduling own work.

* Weekend work/overtime may be required.

* Ability to stoop, push, kneel, twist, and lift 70 lbs.

* Ability to climb and perform work on heights of 20 feet.

* Able to work in all kinds of weather conditions.

* Able to develop working relationships with other employees and vendors.

* 5 years' experience working on drills is required.
