Job Type: Full‑Time
Position OverviewFly Lock Security Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Access Control Specialist to join our growing team in Nashville. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in electronic security systems, with a focus on access control installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
No prior experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with installation of access control systems (card readers, keypads, door hardware)
- Support senior technicians with system setup and configuration
- Run and terminate low‑voltage wiring
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and connectivity problems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Maintain accurate job documentation and reports
- Communicate professionally with clients on‑site
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Experience with low‑voltage wiring or electrical work
- Familiarity with access control systems or security technology
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, routers, etc.)
