Residential Service Plumber

Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking skilled, customer-focused Residential Service Plumbers to join our growing Nashville team. As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs and installations, educate homeowners on their options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll play a key role in helping customers maintain safe, efficient, and reliable plumbing systems while representing one of the most trusted names in home services.

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing service experience
  • Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of residential plumbing codes and industry best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service

  • Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, invoices, and job records
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition
  • Work safely while following all company policies and procedures
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
