Three (3) Air Conditioning Operators (ACO) In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Nashville, TN 37212 Rate: $27.43- $29.00
Initial Training Period (Both Trades)
Sunday & Saturday: OFF
Monday – Friday: 0800–1600

Note:
Daily supervision required for a minimum of the first 45 days if not certified to work independently. Insufficient training performance may result in termination.
Regular Schedule (Post-Training)
Shifts:
1600–2400 and 2400–0800 Schedules may change with 72-hour notice based on mission needs.

Contracted employees must work federal holidays if scheduled by the COR after successful completion of training.
Observed Holidays Include:
New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Air Conditioning Equipment Minimum: 12 years qualified experience

Cooling Towers
Chillers (start/stop operations)
Pumps, motors, exhaust fans
Refrigeration systems, ice machines, walk-in coolers
Pneumatic tube system
Basic plumbing and electrical
Siemens Desigo BAS (1+ year required)
REES system
Viewpoint
Notifier fire alarm system
Air Conditioning Operator (ACO)
Experience Minimum 12 months commercial HVAC and building operations experience
Core Duties
Operate multi-zone AC plant (3,000-ton centrifugal chillers + auxiliary systems)
Maintain environmental controls for critical areas (ORs, MRI, labs, BMT unit)
Hourly inspections and operational logging
Respond to emergent building service failures (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medical air)
Preventive maintenance (weekly/monthly PMs)
Fan room maintenance and cleanliness
Shift hand-off communication and logbook updates
