Hendersonville Heating and Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team.

• $35 per hour
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• Take-home service van
• No overnight work
• No on-call schedule
• Local service area — no long drives
• Support from a trusted local team and the larger Gentry Home Service Group

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will visit residential homes to diagnose, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. You will be responsible for providing professional, high-quality service while representing Hendersonville Heating and Air with honesty and care.

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues, repair options, and recommendations
• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized service van
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and local codes
• Provide excellent customer service on every call

We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and experienced in residential HVAC service. The right candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a local team.

• Residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to service and repair common residential HVAC systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Professional appearance and attitude

This is a local residential service position with no overnight work and no on-call requirement
