Overview
Direct Hire position with the Company. Must have experience within Low Voltage Commercial Security Systems to be considered. Security Installation Technician to join a leading Company located in the Nashville, TN surrounding area. Salary Range: $25 - 35/hr - based on experience. Responsibilities- Install, analyze, diagnose, and repair complex integrated low-voltage systems, including troubleshooting issues that may be related to network architecture, protocols or other network related factors
- Complete major systems integrations, including system commissioning
- Communicate with subcontractors and coordinate work with subcontractors as required to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
- Conduct all customer interactions to drive a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve the value we can provide to customers, including communicating potential leads to appropriate resources
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and complete manner
- Maintain all company property and supplies, including but not limited to vehicles, tools, uniforms, parts, and documentation
- High School Diploma or equivalent with formal electrical training required
- Minimum 3 years of Security industry experience
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver s license
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, if required
- Must be available for travel if required
- Access control and IP video hardware and software installation experience are a must
- Software House, Lenel, Identicard, Vanderbilt, Exacq, Milestone, Axis, American Dynamics certifications are strongly preferred
- Proficiency in network architecture and protocols, database management, and fiber optics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with customers in a way that will best drive customer commitment and satisfaction
