Respond promptly to resident work orders and ensure timely, quality completion.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and seasonal inspections.

Maintain the grounds, common areas, and overall curb appeal of the community.

Participate in an on-call/emergency rotation for after-hours issues.

Manage parts inventory, tools, and equipment; assist with vendor coordination.

Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with company and code requirements.

3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multifamily/apartment experience strongly preferred).

Proven HVAC/AC repair and troubleshooting experience — required.

EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) — required for AC work.

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry.

Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work orders in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks in varied conditions.

Availability for on-call/emergency rotation, including some evenings and weekends.

Strong communication skills and a resident-first attitude.

Experience with property management software (e.g., work-order/CRM systems).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Competitive pay based on experience.

Health, dental, and vision insurance.

Paid time off and holidays.

Housing/rent discount [if applicable].

Tools and uniform provided.

Opportunities for growth and advancement.
