Pest Control Technician

Zip Code: 37211, Gallatin, TN. This full‑time Pest Control Technician position is located in the area around Gallatin, TN and reports to our office in Nashville, TN once per week.

$17.50 - $21.50 an hour, uncapped bonuses, annual incentive trip, iPhone provided, opportunity to earn overtime.

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

• No experience required; training provided
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years
• Drug test and background check required
