Electrician

We are seeking Journeymen and Apprentice Electricians for our commercial electrical construction department in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction work and be motivated to work as part of a team on commercial projects including tenant improvements, renovations, and new construction.

• $400 on first week’s check
• $400 after 90 days with our Company

• Conduit bending and wiring skills
• A focus on safety and quality
• (Journeyman) 5-year minimum experience in the commercial/industrial electrical industry
• (Journeyman) Apprenticeship Program Journeyman’s certification
• (Journeyman) Skilled with reading prints, terminating wires, feeders, and panels

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Utilize hand and power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to perform electrical tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
• Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must pass a background check for projects at schools or airport.

Starting pay is dependent upon experience. Room to grow based upon regular employee evaluations. Exceptional skills will receive exceptional consideration. Pay scale:

Apprentice: $18-27/hr based on experience

Journeymen: $28-33/hr based on experience

Foremen: $34+/hr based on experience
