- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot electrical, airframe, and powerplant systems, ensuring optimal aircraft performance and minimal downtime.
- Work with OEM vendors and contract MX to ensure maintenance is performed to NICHOLAS AIR / FAA standards.
- Utilize electronic manuals to navigate technical data efficiently.
- Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with a flexible schedule to include overtime and after‑hours work.
- Work with the parts department to order parts in a timely manner and determine warranty coverage.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
- 3-5 Years Corporate Aviation Experience
- Experience working in a FAR 135 Operation
- Experience with CAMP and Corridor Required
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot to include the use of FIM’s and Smart Fix.
- Ability to read and understand various documents to include Airworthiness Directives, Service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer maintenance manuals.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced and fluid environment.
- Ability to write clear and concise maintenance record entries and maintenance turnovers.
- Strong ability to communicate via email, in‑person, or telephone.
- Ability to understand and implement NICHOLAS AIR GMM and GOM requirements and procedures.
