Concrete Finisher | Lead Concrete Finisher

Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring experienced concrete finishers

for full-time work in Nashville and surrounding areas. From

flatwork to elevated slab-on-deck on large commercial

projects, we have long-term work for finishers who show up,

work safe, and take pride in the pour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Place, spread, and finish concrete for flatwork, slabs,

walls, and architectural surfaces

* Operate hand tools and power tools including screeds,

floats, trowels, and edgers

* Read and follow pour schedules, mix designs, and

placement plans

* Coordinate with formwork crews and concrete pump

operators during pours

* Monitor concrete consistency, slump, and curing conditions

* Perform finishing work to achieve specified surface

tolerances

* Lead Finishers: direct crew during pours, manage pour

timing, and ensure quality standards are met

* Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with

all safety protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

* Prior commercial concrete finishing experience required

* Knowledge of flatwork, vertical concrete, and

slab-on-deck finishing preferred

* Familiarity with concrete placement tools and equipment

* Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

* Ability to perform physically demanding work including

kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds

* Strong attention to surface quality and finish tolerances

* Must adhere to company safety protocols and work in a

drug-free environment

* Lead Finisher: minimum 5 years commercial concrete

finishing experience and crew leadership experience

preferred
