Key Responsibilities Operate various light construction equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, rollers, compactors, forklifts, and buck hoists Move, load/unload dirt and materials, perform grading, digging, and lifting tasks Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed Follow established safety protocols and maintain a drug-free work environment Work efficiently under general supervision while maintaining productivity and safety standards Education
