• Assist with installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Help with ductwork installation, materials handling, and job site setup
• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and tool usage
• Support retrofit, new construction, and light commercial installation projects
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Work closely with experienced installers to build technical skills and confidence
• Develop the knowledge and experience needed to grow into an independent installer role

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 1 year experience in residential HVAC installation
• HVAC trade school and EPA certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work hard
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Interest in building a long-term career in the trades
