Lead Radon Mitigation Technician (NRPP Certified)

- High Earning Potential: Base salary plus performance-based commissions ($60,000 – $90,000+ total typical annual earnings).

- Custom System Design: Evaluate residential and commercial properties to design and install custom radon mitigation systems.
- Technical Installation: Perform concrete coring, PVC vent stack piping, basic electrical wiring, and roof boot installations.
- Diagnostics & Repair: Lead troubleshooting efforts for underperforming systems, set up measurement tests, and evaluate data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and oversee a Level 1 Technician on-site to ensure top-tier quality and safety.
- Customer Consulting: Serve as the primary face of the company on-site. Explain system designs, test results, and collect final payments.
- Safety & Logistics: Manage truck inventory and ensure the crew strictly follows all safety regulations and building codes.
- Certification: Active NRPP Certification in Radon Mitigation is strictly required.
- Experience: 2+ years of radon mitigation experience. Backgrounds in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical construction are highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- License: Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Physical Abilities: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, or confined areas.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
