Position Overview

We're looking for a Water Restoration Technician who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and takes pride in restoring properties to their former glory.

What You'll Do:

• Respond quickly to water damage emergencies
• Extract water, dry structures, and prevent mold growth
• Assess damage and communicate restoration plans to customers
• Use advanced equipment and techniques to restore properties
• Work closely with team members and provide top-notch customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Hardworking and dependable team player
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in varying conditions and lift heavy equipment
• Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces when necessary
• Experience in water damage restoration (preferred, but not required – we train!)
• Valid driver's license and ability to be on call for emergency response

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Incumbent must be prepared to:

• Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.
