Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead installation and commissioning of low-voltage systems on complex construction projects. This role plans, coordinates, and supervises crews installing fire alarm, security, data, and building controls, ensuring work meets code, design specs, safety standards, and schedules. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients, manage subcontractors and materials, and maintain detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise installation and commissioning of low-voltage systems on commercial and industrial projects
  • Plan daily work, assign tasks, and oversee crews and subcontractors for quality and productivity
  • Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure code-compliant installations
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, GC, and other trades to meet schedule and budget
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies; conduct toolbox talks and site inspections
  • Verify material needs, place requests, and manage on-site inventory and tool allocation
  • Perform or oversee testing, troubleshooting, and final system checkout and documentation
  • Maintain project records including reports, as-builts, and change documentation
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field staff to support skills growth and career development
  • Identify risks, resolve field issues, and proactively communicate project status
