Overnight Painter

Marriott International, Inc. seeks an Overnight Painter to support our Facilities & Maintenance team in a busy hospitality environment. Working primarily during overnight hours, you will prepare, paint, and finish interior and exterior hotel surfaces, including guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include surface repair, color matching, minor drywall patching, caulking, and touch ups to maintain brand standards.

You will follow safety and PPE procedures, coordinate with engineering and housekeeping, document work orders, and minimize guest disruption while delivering high-quality, detail oriented results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, repair, and paint interior and exterior hotel surfaces to brand standards
• Perform surface prep including patching, sanding, priming, and caulking
• Complete touch-ups and preventive maintenance painting during overnight shifts
• Coordinate with engineering and housekeeping to schedule low-impact work
• Follow all safety, PPE, and hazard communication procedures
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work area
• Document work orders, materials used, and completion times
• Inspect painted areas and correct defects to ensure quality finishes
