Lessen is seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolio in Nashville. You will own work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to keep properties in top condition.
A minimum of 3 years in property management maintenance or related trades is required. Strong diagnostic and repair skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs, are essential.
