Lessen is seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Technician to support our national property portfolio. Based in the field, you will own work orders, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
You will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior and basic electrical systems, with a focus on quality and timely service. Travel within region is required.
