** Position Overview
** As a
** Roofer/Laborer**, you will play a hands-on role in commercial roofing projects, assisting with roofing system installations, metal work, and daily job-site operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, primarily
** single-ply (TPO, EPDM, etc.)
*** Perform metal installations, including
** coping, gutters, and edge metal
*** Prepare job sites and perform daily clean-up
* Follow all safety protocols, including
** fall protection
** and
** OSHA regulations
*** Handle and transport roofing materials and tools
* Work collaboratively with technicians and crew members to meet project deadlines
* Maintain high-quality workmanship and a clean, safe work environment## Qualifications
** Requirements
* ** Experience with
** single-ply roofing systems** (other commercial roofing experience a plus)
* Knowledge of metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metal
* Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, man lifts, etc.)
* Ability to perform physical labor, lift materials, and work at heights
* Strong commitment to job-site safety and OSHA compliance
