** Service Technician Helper
** to support our Commercial Roofing Service Technicians on job sites.
** Position Overview
** The
** Service Technician Helper
** assists experienced Service Technicians with daily repair and maintenance tasks on commercial roofing systems. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience and a long-term career path in commercial roofing. Training is provided, and dependable team members have opportunities for advancement into full technician roles.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist Service Technicians with repairs on commercial roofing systems, including
** TPO**,
** EPDM**,
** PVC**,
** Modified Bitumen**,
** BUR**, and metal
* Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
* Remove debris and prepare job sites for repair work
* Help set up ladders, safety equipment, and work areas
* Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
* Follow instructions from Service Technicians and supervisors
* Comply with all company and OSHA safety guidelines## Qualifications
* Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
* Basic construction or roofing experience is helpful but
** not required
*** Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical labor
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Good communication skills
