Commercial Roofing Service Foreman
Nashville, TN | Middle Tennessee
Pay: $28–$35 per hour, based on experience
Location: Nashville, TN — approximately 60-mile service radius
Crew: 2-person service crew
Schedule: Full-time
We are a growing commercial roofing company serving the greater Middle Tennessee area, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team.
You will be responsible for diagnosing commercial roof issues, completing quality repairs, leading your service helper, communicating with customers, and making sure each service call is completed safely and professionally.
The ideal candidate has strong commercial roofing experience, can troubleshoot roof leaks, and takes pride in doing quality work without needing to be micromanaged.

What You'll Do
- Lead a 2-person commercial roofing service crew
- Diagnose commercial roof leaks
- Perform commercial roof repairs and maintenance
- Supervise and train your service helper
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Identify additional repair needs when appropriate
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Travel throughout the Nashville area and surrounding communities, generally within a 60-mile radius

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial roofing experience required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Strong commercial roof leak diagnosis and repair skills
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work safely at heights, lift heavy objects, and in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of Dataforma CRM is preferred
