HVAC Lead Installer

Lee Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installs across the Southeast. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small crew, coordinate daily job tasks, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC install crews on residential and light commercial projects
• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and controls to code and manufacturer specs
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and job scopes to plan daily tasks and material needs
• Perform start-ups, testing, and quality checks on new systems
• Ensure strict adherence to Lee Company and OSHA safety standards on all jobsites
• Train and mentor junior installers and helpers
• Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and internal teams
• Document work performed, materials used, and report job progress to supervisors
