Lava Roofing in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, seeks an experienced Roofing Crew Foreman to lead field crews across Kona and the Big Island. This in-person role requires relocation to Hawaii; relocation assistance is provided.
You will organize daily work, uphold safety and quality standards, coordinate labor and materials, and contribute to roofing work when needed. Lead a crew through installations, repairs, and tear-offs, ensure availability of materials and safety supplies, and train crew members.
