Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you will maintain and repair equipment and production systems, including batch plants, through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs. By following established work methods and safe work practices, you will help ensure reliable equipment performance and efficient production operations.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies, work practices, and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Carry out verbal and written instructions from the Maintenance Foreman or Supervisor.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions using diagrams, manuals, engineering specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and provide recommendations for improvements when needed.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules and equipment downtime requirements with production personnel.
  • Identify equipment issues through observation, inspection, and operational testing.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment trends.
  • Assist with the installation, startup, and support of new production equipment and related infrastructure.
  • Read, understand, and execute work instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance equipment reliability, safety, and productivity.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical college degree or related technical training preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Average proficiency in mathematics.
