AE Electric Service is seeking a Journeyman Project Foreman for our growing business in Nashville!

AE Electric Service was founded to provide the best electrical service and maintenance in the Middle Tennessee market. Our niche is commercial and industrial electrical projects of small-to-medium scope, focused on new construction, renovation, facilities management, and preventive maintenance. We are currently hiring independent, self-directed, and experienced electricians as project foreman for our larger renovation and ground-up commercial projects.

• 5 year minimum experience in the electrical industry
• Apprenticeship Program completion and OSHA 10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred.
• Must be able to accurately size wiring/conduit and assess existing and new circuitry
• Must be skilled with reading construction drawings and accurately laying out branch circuits, lighting, and power distribution connections.
• Must have willingness to lead a construction team by example and teach skills and methods to your crew. Excellent communications skills with project manager, construction crew, and customers is essential.
• Experience with contractors, new electrical services, 480V panels and transformers, and grounding/bonding code requirements is required; experience with low voltage lighting control systems is highly preferred
• As the face of the company, our project foreman must possess the ability to deal professionally with project owners and general contractors at all times

• Must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60lbs of weight
• Must be capable of working at heights above 20 feet in lifts or bucket trucks
• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR driving history
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Hourly wage commensurate with experience; regular evaluations
• Work vehicle and gas card for transport between jobs and to and from home

Note:

Starting pay dependent upon experience between $25-32/hr room to grow based upon regular employee evaluations and exhibited skill and quality of work. Exceptional skills will receive exceptional consideration.
