Commercial Roofer & Laborer

Rackley Roofing, a leading commercial roofing contractor in Murfreesboro, TN, seeks Commercial Roofers and Laborers to install, repair, and maintain commercial roof systems. In this field-based role, you'll assist with tear-offs, membrane installation, flashing, sealing, and jobsite cleanup while strictly following safety standards. You'll work on industrial, commercial, and institutional projects as part of a supportive, relationship-driven crew. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems on industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings
• Assist with roof tear-offs, demolition, and preparation of substrates for new roofing
• Handle and stage materials, tools, and equipment safely on roofs and job sites
• Apply membranes, insulation, flashing, sealants, and other roofing components per specifications
• Follow all Rackley Roofing and OSHA safety policies, including fall protection and PPE use
• Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, and defects and assist with basic repairs and patches
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites, including debris removal and load-out
• Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members to meet quality and schedule expectations
• Participate in training to learn new roofing systems, tools, and best practices
• Represent Rackley Roofing with professionalism and integrity at customer locations
