Pipefitter - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for an ongoing project at Tri Star Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN, starting September 8th.
This project is expected to last approximately 1.5+ months, working 48 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with overtime anticipated after the first few weeks as the project progresses. Pay is $38/hour plus $125 for per diem per days worked for those who qualify.
Responsibilities- Measuring, laying out, cutting, beveling, fitting, aligning, and assembling carbon steel piping
- Operating common pipe fitting tools and equipment
- Ensuring all pipe is properly prepared for welding
- Working independently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards in an active hospital environment
- Candidates should be comfortable working closely with Pipe Welders to ensure proper fit-up, alignment, and installation while keeping the project on schedule.
Qualifications- 5+ years' commercial or industrial pipe fitting experience
- Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and spool sheets
- Previous hospital or healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical piping systems
- Experience installing mechanical piping systems such as hydronic, chilled water, heating hot water, steam, condensate, or process piping is a plus, though the specific systems will be discussed on site
- Must have own trade tools
- Must wear standard PPE
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
