Commercial HVAC Technician

Lee Company is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to service, maintain, and install commercial HVAC systems across the Southeast. In this field role, you'll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. You'll use advanced diagnostic tools and mobile technology while working within a safety-first, family-oriented culture. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and heat pumps
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics using advanced tools and mobile technology
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to restore optimal system performance
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in digital service platforms
• Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and teammates to explain issues and solutions
• Follow Lee Company safety standards, codes, and regulations on all job sites
• Collaborate with apprentices and peers, providing guidance and supporting training efforts
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests as needed
• Recommend energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions to improve system performance
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean, safe working order
