615 Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a great residential service technician to grow with us.

What you'll be doing

• Running residential service and repair calls: water heaters, drains, fixtures, repipes, leaks, all of it
• Diagnosing the issue and walking the homeowner through good, better, and best options so they can choose what fits them
• Doing 5-star work and treating every home like it's your own
• Offering our Service Partner membership when it's a good fit for the customer
• Keeping your truck stocked and organized
• Logging your calls in Service Titan (we'll get you up to speed if it's new to you)

What you'll earn

Our top technicians earn $120K and up. We're a piece-rate (commission) shop — you're paid on the work you produce, which means there's no ceiling and no getting held back by an hourly rate. Strong techs love it because the harder and smarter they work, the more they make. On top of that we pay bonuses for membership sales and 5-star reviews, and we pay weekly, so your good work shows up in your account fast.

What we're looking for

• Solid residential service and repair experience — you can walk into a home and handle whatever the call throws at you
• Someone who takes pride in their work and in taking care of customers
• Comfortable talking with homeowners and presenting options
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll be in a company truck)
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Your own tools (we cover the specialty stuff and stock the truck)
• A good attitude and a desire to keep getting better
